The expansion was made before Intimidate was available, therefore actual Intimidate checks are, really, persuade checks with a few modifiers. The scripts are x1_intimdt_loweasy, x1_intimdt_med, x1_intimdt_high but they run a custom check of Persuade + strength modifier, and modifiers like +1 if Half-Orc, armed with a weapon or have the Thug feat.
